      Pros

      Great work environment, always offering new job opportunities, company focuses on job retention and creating tenured representatives.

      Cons

      The only thing I would like to see an improvement on is the yearly raises. They need to at least be adjusted to increase according to inflation .

      Good hearted company but little opportunity for growth.

      Pros

      - The company is stable. - The product is useful. - The work is relatively easy. - People are generally nice to each other and care about each other. - Work/life balance is good.

      Cons

      - Software engineers have almost no voice in planning the products we're ultimately responsible for building. - Software leadership is very poor at recognizing and growing talent. - Many of the best myQ people are fleeing right now across disciplines. - Culture of mediocrity. - Projects are consistently set up for failure.
