Pros

Helps you prepare for NCLEX, comfortable schedule, very helpful superiors and supervisor, if you ever have any difficulty in your courses you can directly talk to professional tutor way faster than other students can. Also you will learn time management here.

Cons

the only con is that when you graduate its easier to get job based off PCT/CNA jobs rather than tutoring, but interviewers do get impressed by the fact that you tutored while studying.

Pros

People who were in my team were helpful Loved interaction with students and clients Large territory but never the same day twice Diversity is important

Cons

This job is about the numbers not developing business relationships Work life balance can be terrible with the wrong manager No manager training Bonus structure is horrible So many departments and teams pulling at you that it is hard to prioritize and do your job effectively Everyone seems to always try and justify their jobs/titles/position to the point that there is a lot of worker dissatisfaction You are never sure who you should report to, hierarchy is unclear
