Exceptional mission - helping students graduate and supplying the workforce with talented nursing professionals. A great place to work for mission oriented talent who likes to move at a fast pace. Culture is positive - caring, collaborative and engaged.

Cons

Complex organization so managing and communicating change can be challenging at times.

Great training; Great trainers

Pros

I like the helpfullness and knowledge of personnel selected to train new hires. The training was thorough, and the staff is available after training to assist. This position is highly technical and complicated, especially those with no experience in this area. This requires patience and willingness to help the new hires. The experienced advisors show all qualities. Management also provides a listening year and follows up on suggestions by staff, even new staff. These qualities created a positive atmosphere for me as a new hire. I look forward to moving forward with this compmany.

Cons

Obviously I would love a higher salary. That I hope will come with availability of jobs that fit my profile and as I gain more experience.
