      Was wonder, but going downhill

      Pros

      Middle management and my team was wonderful! Pretty good PTO policy. Managers were understanding and flexible (as much as they can be).

      Cons

      Lack of communication and compassion for employees. Pay isn’t the best, and RTO is taking away the biggest perk of working here. In recent years, the push to “sell” has outweighed actually caring for students. It’s turning into a nursing mill school.

      Pros

      Salary and benefits. Some coworkers are good people.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? Horrible work life balance. Layoffs that are done in secret. People leaving like crazy and not being replaced. Toxic leadership. Lack of care for the colleague. Chamberlain Care is dead. This place is full of people willing to sell their souls for a cookie from leadership. Don’t work here. HR doesn’t care, they punish you for reporting bad behavior.

      Co-workers were fantastic Flexibility Well kept campus Simulation department

      Cons

      Employees leaving very quickly which means everything is constantly changing. Students do not like being hybrid. Lack of consistent leadership.
