Pros

Ability to work remote. Never boring.

Cons

Lack of communication from the top. Students would get information before the staff would or there would be limited time to learn information that was released to students. Total communication break down. Those above managers did not take into consideration employees at the student services level. They often did not provide us with the information to do our jobs. Constant change in upper management also led to a semi chaotic environment.

Pros

Remote work available and compensation is fair based on experience

Cons

Organization is very flat. Ascension is not possible and must move from department for monetary raise.
