      Mission focused organization. Provides access to current and future healthcare providers who otherwise might not have an opportunity to further their education. Robust student support to help them be successful. Strong culture- Chamberlain Care that is palpable throughout the organization. Work from home flexibility, competitive salaries, good benefits.

      Cons

      The workload can be significant at times, but there is a balance when things aren't as hectic. For example, the pandemic has increased workload but Chamberlain is not alone during this time.
