      With growth comes change so the environment is ideal for people who enjoy learning new things, embracing challenges, and working as a team to get things done. It may not be the best for people who do not enjoy change and career growth.

      The leaders give everyone an active voice within the organization. I am close with my team and we really balance each other well.

      Pros

      I was promoted 3 times while I worked at Chamberlain. The campus I worked for really prioritized promoting from within. Benefits and pay are great, especially if you are just starting out in higher education.

      Cons

      Communication could be better. National sometimes does things without properly informing all of the people involved.
