      Chamberlain College of Nursing offers the opportunity to work in a state of the art environment, with friendly, helpful co-workers. Students are motivated to learn.

      Cons

      As part of the DeVry Group, you need to do a lot of online paperwork for corporate headquarters in Illinois, and this can get confusing, as there is a lot of paperwork.

      Flex time, you get to work from home 3 days a week.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Promotions come from a board that does not know you, never worked with you, don't know in depth what your position does, and it number driven. Company is extremely competitive, and you have to kiss your managers butt to be considered to be sent for a promotion.
