Onboarding process was thorough and I didn't have any issues completing any of the required items prior to my start date, Once I arrived on campus, everything was laid out for me to grasp and I was able to meet with my superiors on any questions I had. I am able to utilize my skills to put my own spin on things and the freedom to use my creativity to drive more engagement with the faculty and students.

Cons

The length of time between completing my contract and required items versus my actual start date was a bit of a wait. Roughly about 3 weeks from completion until my start date. That would be my only complaint.
