Business Outlook
Pros
Working with students and faculty. A new campus with the challenges of starting up the lab's functions. Learning new technology which enhances student learning as well as gaining in my personal career. Great life/work balance. Good team of instructors. Knowledgeable and sharing in the campus purpose.
Cons
Faculty's role in the lab is not clearly defined to them and their participation in the lab. Many VP's who have not received or sort the information they need to participate and instruct the students come to lab lacking conformity needed for all students to get the same information.
