      Pros

      Sounds like a great a program with a good system, I couldn't wait to work here! Students have so many resources to help them be successful., This place should run like a well oiled machine, but for some reason it doesn't.

      Cons

      lack of support and internal hidden agenda- After less than 6 months I am ready to run! Way too much going on here, politically and optically. Seems to be a lot of turn over and vacant positions at this campus and know I see why.

      Flexibility, Nice co-workers, job expectations always change

      Cons

      Management! Catty and does not believe in confidentiality. The back stabbing is terrible, and it is even worse because the Dean and president talk terribly about each other as well, and pretend to be friends. The CAS Manager is part of the fake group, and none of them care about the students or faculty.
