Pros

Remote, hit or miss with managers, pretty understanding with people learning the new script/how to navigate calls, got to work on extra projects a couple of times a year

Cons

Micromanaging, constant changes on how to work with potential students, never know when you will be done with work bc it's a call center so you're done when the call is done. I've ended 45 minutes late before and simply started 45 minutes late the next day. When they made the last change, we were literally on the phone constantly back to back for the entire shift with only 2 quick breaks outside of our lunch. That's a lot of talking for 8-9 hours straight so be prepared to use your brain and voice a ton.
