Pros

Trying to solve the biggest problems in new ways. Making a difference though moving the needle can be difficult. Highly recommend working here, leaving was tough.

Cons

Company is still forming so cultural norms are fluid while they get their foundation laid. Admittedly, I thought this was a positive but some people could struggle.

- Great to work at a place where the mission really matters. - Able to have large impact if you are proactive. - Attracts a lot of people who really care about those around them.

Cons

- Leaders are often hired from large companies where their experience really doesn't match the size of the team, leading to decisions that aren't best for the team or the organization. - Creating positive change in education is a very hard problem and lack of progress can feel demotivating.
