      Pros

      Working at Channel Fusion has been an extremely positive experience! My immediate team members have been great. Supportive and understanding, they are always willing to offer a hand or a cucumber from their home garden. The work-life balance has been pivotal. Hours are from 8-5 and between those times, one works intensely. But there is the understanding of personal lives. This position and company has offered professional stability and opportunity without created an overly stressful environment.

      Cons

      Work can be repetitive and monotonous (thankful for audiobooks).
