      Pros

      I've worked for Channel Fusion less than a year, and have already seen what the effect of having a leader with a positive vibe and energy can have. The CEO is present daily and sits in on every interview.

      Cons

      It's still got a start-up feel which can occasionally become a bit intense, but that can be said about most strong growth potential companies.

      Good Leave policies Open culture to work with. Employee can easily work here for long time. Flexible timings Company management is good to work with. Nice benefits for the employees. Channel fusion appreciates their employees for performance. Employee Engagement activities is good here as well Employee can easily balance their personal and work lifebalance here. Thank you Channel fusion for giving me opportunity to work with you guys.

      8 to 5 job. Paid holidays.

      Cons

      Terrible health insurance plan. Directors will only hire friends and family for new positions. No real advancement. Constantly changing company policies. Low pay.
