- Good wages for a creative job in Western Mass.
- Rigorous evaluation process tied to raises. Stressful but fair -- and encouraging.
- Good benefits package, including profit sharing during my years there
- Nice campus / facilities
(Note: Couldn't choose a year earlier than 2014. I worked here in the early 2000s.)
Cons
- The publishing industry is volatile. Layoffs have been periodic over the past two decades.
It was a family run business with wonderful benefits. I learned a lot on the job and was proud of the work that we did. Very high quality informational products.
Cons
Unfortunately, most people can get information online, so printed materials aren't as necessary to their customers.
