* Unlimited PTOs * Free onsite charging * Chilled out culture * Cool product : opportunity to make impact, learn varied stuff. * Come here if you think you are a leader who can bring change.

Cons

* Sluggish processes (IT Department, Approvals, etc.) * Every team points fingers at each other. But no one does anything to improve. * No team structure. No processes. No clarity about the future. * No direction from the top / no visibility from/of the leadership ; Utter disconnect * Have money and tools but utilized very poorly.

The engineering staff is competent, and the CEO and co founders are solid.

Cons

* Terrible management team below the Sr levels * Director level managers are the least competent in silicon valley. Lack even basic knowledge of complex systems, engineering or even physics. * Non-data driven decision making. * Invention, patents and technology advancement is avoided. No concept of innovation * Every department is run differently with no continuity * Extremely high turnover rate * No mentoring of younger staff * Busy work and data entry is best way to describe culture. * No new product development plan. * Common quote at team meetings "If you don't like it here, there is the door" * Far and away the worst place I have worked in 30 year career
