Pros
The training is great. Great starting place for people looking to get in the industry. It's not hard to succeed here. If you are motivated and refuse to be complacent, it is easy to outperform the average worker and position yourself for advancement. People who complain about the entry level positions are ones who are stuck there because they refuse to work hard enough to move on. The company is very ethical and client focused.
Cons
Mid level management is too inconsistent. One manager's style will differ drastically from the next. I understand everyone has their own way of doing things, but it feels like there should be more consistency.
