Back breaking work and no time for an actual lunch. Management lacks empathy, truth and loyalty. Horrible scheduling and hours.

Owners are very generous to their employees offering great benefit package - profit sharing and 100% paid college tuition to Part Time, Full Time employees & their dependents under 24! WOW!

Cons

Company has been thriving for over 30 years and it continues to rapidly grow, there are some processes that are still archaic and need to get with the times.
