Pros

A very customer centric company. Company stock options are a nice employee perk. In my role, I was given a lot of freedom to work without too much oversight.

Cons

Too many people there who "run" the company, that are friends and family, they have no accountability for what they do or say. Makes it tough to make good decisions, when they are criticized by the inner circle, who may have no information on a subject, but just feel like interjecting. In 5 years, I worked for 6 general managers, the lack of consistency and big picture vision made it impossible to feel like there was any progress or direction

Very laxed environment with great people.

Cons

If you have not worked at the company for many, many years, be prepared to be an outsider. Those employees that have been there for a long time, will be promoted over you, regardless of their skill set or qualifications. Nepotism runs rampant in this company and if brought up, will be over looked. I would stay clear if you are looking for a career of advancement and learning.

Managers/Leads are very helpful and understanding Employee Ownership Program (yearly earnings after 2nd year) 100% free schooling with American Public University 90 Day performance based raise Jobs pretty easy (quota 120 cases/hr) They want to train you and see you grow

Cons

The benefits aren't very good. Some coworkers could be pretty aggressive when you first start. Work/Life balance (split days unless you work Saturday) Hours inconsistent (40 Hours 1st week 50 Hours the next)
