1) A COO megalomaniac dinosaur who takes credit for everything that shy away from technology and the new way of doing business. 2) The micromanagement of the chief operating officer (COO), has significantly damaged the company's morale. Micromanagement often signals a lack of trust in employees' abilities, leading to feelings of disrespect and disempowerment. -

-Mini micro level management, looking into cameras and monitoring like a criminal from jail. - Zero benefits for the employees. -Everything is budget-oriented and nothing will be allocated outside the budget. - Chart acquired Howden or Howden acquired Chart. Howden management is ruling the chart.
