The people are good to work with an they treat you with respect the boss is very down to earth an has respect for his workers its a great envoriment to work in an great people to work around

Cons

the long hours an the machine can hurt you if you don't pay attention to what you are doing an it is heavy machinery that can drop down on you

Most of the people are very hospitable and friendly. Great coffee room. Out in the middle of no where, so you don't have to fight traffic.

Cons

Poor management, poor vision, poor direction. Out in the middle of nowhere, so if you want to leave for lunch you must drive a considerable distance to reach some place to eat.
