Pay was ok good benefits.

Cons

Hush hush or job is jeopardized, anyone with old school values and experience were released for yes men or woman who do and don't ask too many questions and can be molded in that manner,after merger with Chater companies main focus on customers was jeopardized by low cost materials, and bury garbage in core of coex and barrier lines as fillers to cut cost.

great career. tons of room for advancement. great benefits. team oriented. safety truly comes first. minimal micro management. extreme success with growth allowing more and more opportunities to expand. tuition reimbursement. competitive wages. very clean work environment. we have lots of pride. amazing bonuses at all levels. great pay especially when taking into account overtime, which due to our growth has been basically unlimited

equipment needs to operate 24/7 which causes the need to strategic production scheduling and working holidays if applicable

Next is a great place to work I honestly love my job the company is always growing so there's always work to be done. The company treats the employees pretty well as long as your their to the job their paying you to do start out pay is good bonuses are good and pay will increase as you go

Cons

Lack of communication between the company and the employees but I have to say in the three years that I've been there it's getting a lot better
