Pros

A growing company that is willing to invest in the team members that want to move the company forward. An impressive looking new facility almost completed and a chance to get hi-tech skills with automation. A pretty reasonable pace and easy to pickup if you have experience.

Cons

Sometimes communication is limited. We have been tight on space with all of the growth, which can make it tough to keep things organized. It gets toasty in the dog days of summer.

Thank you for the insight! We appreciate your desire to grow with us and recognizing how we invest in our teams. We are very excited to have our Shipping Department back to the Lexington Campus in the near future. We are hoping that bringing everyone closer together again, in our new Distribution center, will help support our growth, improve communications, and improve day to day efficiencies.

Pros

Great hours Nice to have many days off. Wonderful benefits. Good people. Award gift items for performance. Yearly work clothing.

Cons

HOT in summer. Wages for new hires as much as or more than vets. Not sure why this is. Mechanical issues that slow the job down, but you have this everywhere!

Thank you for your comments. It is wonderful when our employees recognize some of the "little things" that we do to show our appreciation for their hard work and effort, especially in the hot summer months. We definitely strive to pay our tenured employees for their loyalty and longevity to the company. You are what have made us great in the years past and what will help us continue to reach a high level of success for years to come. HR is available for you if we have missed the mark in your situation.

Pros

Days off, it's great to have a 3 day week with 4 days off and 4 days on 3 days off.

Cons

12 hour shifts are tough to get use to, they preach and preach about advancement but it never comes. The shop is extremly hot in the summer be prepared to tough it out you very rarely will get all your breaks

Thank you for your feedback. Any and all information that helps us grow as a company is greatly appreciated. We are very excited about the new certification levels that have been implemented in all areas of our manufacturing departments. This allows our team members to clearly see what they need to accomplish to continue to grow with Next. We also hope that adding some additional resources to our training department in the way of programs and people will also stimulate our team members growth.
