Pros

Great hours Nice to have many days off. Wonderful benefits. Good people. Award gift items for performance. Yearly work clothing.

Cons

HOT in summer. Wages for new hires as much as or more than vets. Not sure why this is. Mechanical issues that slow the job down, but you have this everywhere!

Thank you for your comments. It is wonderful when our employees recognize some of the "little things" that we do to show our appreciation for their hard work and effort, especially in the hot summer months. We definitely strive to pay our tenured employees for their loyalty and longevity to the company. You are what have made us great in the years past and what will help us continue to reach a high level of success for years to come. HR is available for you if we have missed the mark in your situation.

Pros

- The schedule. 4 days off is great - Decent pay - Plenty of room for advancement if you want it and work for it - Not a hostile or super serious work environment. - Lots of opportunity for overtime - Performance is recognized and rewarded - Growing growing growing - New training and payscale system

Cons

- H-O-T in the summer and ccccccold in the winter - 12 hour shift is tough until you get used to it - Technical/mechanical issues aren't always resolved in a timely manner
