Pros

Great work environment, team atmosphere with co-workers. Only work 3 days one week, and 4 the next. Good insurance. Great 401K benefit plan. Room for advancement. Clean work area's. Recognizes hard workers, working to advance.

Cons

Hot in the summer in the plants.

Pros

Next is always growing, changing, and getting better. With that being said, if you are a person who likes to have a path to grow, it's the place for you as there is typically an opportunity somewhere. There is now a training program in place, pay that progresses through that training, and a focus on safety and quality like never before. If you have worked here in the past, the progress that has been made would blow you away.

Cons

Due to the rapid growth in the past there are problems just like in any fast-growing company. These issues are being addressed and solutions are in the works.
