The training and learning opportunities are the best I've seen at a company. Management encourages continued learning and will reimburse employees tuition for classes, professional business memberships, training courses, conferences, and certifications. Small organization so most everyone is familiar with each other. Promotes interacting socially outside of work environment. Supports several local charity events in the community. Leadership is young and progressive and available to listen to ideas or complaints. Office is great with full kitchen and game room (pool, foosball, ping pong...). Since Covid, the company has allowed teleworking and has stated it will allow it after everything returns to normal.
