-Follows School schedule -Summers off -Get to feed kids and make an impact in a young persons life, you hope

Cons

-Underpaid when you realize how much extra you have to do with lack of quality employees. Cheap labor produces poor results. -Upper management cares more about the financial directors than the chefs and other employees -Horrible support for new employees -Moving up comes slow -Culinary is not at all what is advertised -The worst benefits I have ever seen! If you have a family, pray you don’t get sick or injured. Extremely expensive!!
