Pros
Its a flat organization structure. You can be in direct communication with the directors and managers of the company if need be. It is good for learning esp entry level.
Cons
Salary raises are not up to par with the industry. There are micro management problems in the subsidiaries. Not much attention is paid to the training and growth of the staff or sponsorship of any such activities like further education, sabbatical years etc.
