Great benefits, crappy job

Pros

Good benefits, (always paid about $150 for high end glasses and add ons.) “better” pay than most jobs right now. If you get lucky, can get management that celebrates bdays so there’s food. They usually had your back if customers were threatening, verbally abusive, and/or racists, etc. and would close their accounts. Is a foot in the door to banking if you’re at the start of the career.

Cons

Customers abuse you. Sales heavy (credit cards, their campaigns for certain products, investing accounts) their “raises” are basically a slap in the face. Management can be micromanaging. There’s no real support to push their employees for promotion, or an easy path to get into corporate.
