Pros

Love the pay, PTO, and benefits chase has to offer. I love how they give us volunteer hours for volunteer events to help the community out. If you have good performance they may allow you to work from home permanently. If not you are still eligible to be hybrid. People from other sites go out of their way to help you be successful. With the right connections, career mobility is amazing.

Cons

Unfortunately the c in Chase stands for change which can be a bad thing at times. You constantly get thrown around to different managers. Some managers are great and some are horrible. If you have a horrible manager who doesn’t want to do their job you are literally on your own. In training I did not learn anything. It was all self directed learning. I did not learn until I was on the production floor and had support from coaches.

Pros

Great Benefits, medical comes with fertility included

Cons

Product pusher, they only care to push products to customers. for instance, if they have a credit card opened on 2020, You have to convince them to get a new one and close the old one to show growth.
