Pros

Worked with amazing associate bankers and relationship bankers. SOMETIMES the company cares but that’s only one week a year they show appreciation. Pay is good and benefits.

Cons

Management is horrible! Ego driven and creates clicks and if you don’t fit in, you are out. Very toxic. If you are not sucking up to the BM or MD you cannot grow in this company. No matter how hard work and you apply yourself if the BM and MD doesn’t like you, you will not grow in the company. There is no work life balance in this company.
