Pros

You get rewarded for the sales(referrals) that you produce. It is a great environment to work in. Overall the company is great at informing us of new and current changes in policies and procedures.

Cons

This is probably at every work environmnet there is a lot of management and employee conflicts. There is a strong push for sales in a very slow customer oriented location.
