Pros

Oppurtunity to move up,typically easy to work with managers for time off when needed, upper management is never around.

Cons

Poor communication between departments,..management doesn't make anything seem rewarding or worth while,...company constantly tries to screw you out of bonus,..your "salary" is a joke,..people who work in branches and have direct contact with customers and do and say whatever they want without punishment and the blame is pushed on others.

Pros

Benefits were ok, 2 Weeks Vacation, good Health benefits, set schedule

Cons

Absolutely no freedom in the work place. They had a Gestapo monitoring every second of your time and if you were doing something other than taking calls they confronted you about it. Very little mobility to advance, it was clearly a job for uneducated workers but they always claimed to prefer employees with bachelors degrees. No variety of work, you took calls that was about it.
