Pros

The pay is decent and there is room to advance. They will also pay for you to get licensed. Yeah!

Cons

Nothing you do is ever good enough. They make you use high pressure sales tatics which annoy customers. Constant anxiety working there.

Pros

- Great benefits like 401k bonuses and 5% matching on contributions - Ample vacation time as well as personal days - Comprehensive job training

Cons

- No possibility of promotion in you don't kiss management rear end - Raises are insulting. 6% of 11.63 is still only $.70, so don't make it sound like a good thing - Impossible to perform job with current set up of offered products
