Pros

Salary is “competitive” and above average market rate. Can definitely compete against Meta salaries, but less pressure than working at Meta. Good leadership, leads by example. Working on massive projects and a delight to be a part of it.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but can be based on perspective - you’ll need to be in the office 2-3 days a week across the firm for whichever role you attain. Post covid, working from home has become a popular choice (100% remote). It’s nice to meet people in the flesh and create relationships. Travelling in time depending on where you live can shake the system up a bit if you’re not used to it.
