Pros

Chase offers many opportunities to advance and as a large company had great benefits. They provide great training to their employees.

Cons

Chase put heavy sales pressure on employees of all levels in the retail banking sector. At times middle management did not seem in tune with the employees.

Pros

Great opportunity for advancement and growth with the company especially in California. If you are motivated to make money and advance, you can do that quicker with Chase than most of their competition. If you are at work for the salary and do enough to get by then a credit union should be your best bet. Overall best company I have worked for.

Cons

Salary a little lower than comparable banks. However, monthly bonuses should make it up. Overall, I don't have any thing to complain about.
