Great benefits! Wonderful people to work with!

Cons

Too much of a pushing sales. Did not like the PVCs payout grid...kept changing and not for the better! No increase on base salary.

Pros

Good salary, nice enviroment, nice benefits package

Cons

corporate politics, they don't care about the customers, It's all about the money. Encourage sales team to be misleading. They overstaff the branches. Chase bank makes everyone feel replaceable

Pros

JPMorgan Chase is a strong brand, recognized all over the world. They have good benefits, especially medical. The culture of the firm is also very positive.

Cons

Being a bank branch financial advisor takes a lot of patience, because you are dealing with "savers" and not "investors". They also push hard for you to sell product. It is a very transactional type role.
