very competitive base salary + decent compensation for sales, flexible hours, good job family overlay, great classroom training post licensing, satisfying line of work

Cons

terrible licensing program, cut throat attitude of upper management, distrustful environment, poor compensation for investments and loans, frequent non essential interruptions by management

You get your own personal cubicle and allowed to take good breaks! Also the people are welcoming and friendly!

Cons

You have a set schedule you have to stick to and if you are in school with extracurricular activities, then the hours will not fit your school life.

incentives are nice benefits are great 401k 5% match technology helps the job alot, especially with lists to cross sell My colleagues are great, but that varies from location to location

Cons

customers cross selling is hard at times cross selling might be a tad pushy
