Pros

Chase has great technology and nice branches compared to other major banks. My manager is very friendly and helped me through every step of onboarding and training. Benefits are excellent, even for part-time employees.

Cons

Customers are frequently angry and even threatening at times. Lots of retirees who don't want to show an ID and have no interest in using the website or app. Everyone is in a hurry, especially at the drive thru window. Company seems obsessed with so-called convenience features, and you will feel pressure to push credit cards, identity monitoring, and the app every day. People call out sick constantly and many branches in the area are short-staffed. Endless conference calls while there's a line ten deep in the lobby. Drama and personality conflicts are common with some co-workers.
