Freedom to be your own leader in a way. Not much micromanagement...YET!

Cons

Management is clueless. They simply don't get it.

Pros

The retail branches of Chase are an interesting place to work as opposed to boutique retial financial advisory firms. The branch is a great place for traffic and immediate access to customers.

Cons

Depending on the Branch manager, a financial advisor who is interested in making or enlarging a book of business will have a hard time especially since the brance is concerned about the P/L of the branch only and not the business partners.

Pros

The JPMorgan Chase name. Being part of a "Too big to fail" organization. Free lunch 5 days a month.

Cons

In one word: Management. People are not treated with dignity and respect. Goals are set at unattainable levels for 90% of the workforce. Highly inefficient processes. Arguably customers are treated worse than employees.
