Pros

Very structured. You know what is expected of you and they give you the tools to achieve it. The hours are good compared to other industries.

Cons

Not sure if I like all the "coaching". I feel like it is very micromanaged and may become stifling. I don't need 4 bosses telling me what I can do to improve.

Pros

four weeks paid vacation from your very first year of employment. JP Morgan Chase has the best benefits package around.

Cons

Chase does not look at their employees at humans but rather as robots. Do not be fooled, they do not care about your personal life...PERIOD

Pros

Good benefits available to full time employees (not familiar with part time) Descent starting base pay Tuition reimbursement is available

Cons

Raises are not given when more work is taken on by employee Goals to obtain a passing score card are unobtainable Management doesn't communicate clearly to employees Extremely difficult to work with school schedules Upper Management is degrading towards employees that seek assistance with work related issues You are on the "bad list" if you have an issues that will only be solved by speaking with an HR Rep. Tools given to assist in the job are unclear, and difficult to find
