Pros

Strong company. Worldwide presence. They will train you to be an excellent salesperson and pay for your licensing.

Cons

There is a very strong possibility that the branch manager will be a dictator or have poor people skills.

Pros

Benefits were ok, 2 Weeks Vacation, good Health benefits, set schedule

Cons

Absolutely no freedom in the work place. They had a Gestapo monitoring every second of your time and if you were doing something other than taking calls they confronted you about it. Very little mobility to advance, it was clearly a job for uneducated workers but they always claimed to prefer employees with bachelors degrees. No variety of work, you took calls that was about it.
