Pros

Good opportunities to make money, Great senior management, Good Benefits, Very thorough and good training.

Cons

Too much of a focus on selling and not on the customers needs. I feel like I'm product pushing sometimes. My immediate management team is dysfunctional and seems unprepared for their responsibilities.

Pros

growth of the company in certain markets

Cons

As most know, this industry has been hit hard with comp plans, etc. What used to be a very lucrative position, isn't the norm anymore, ideally they want "order takers", LO's to make 40-50k a year max....
