Pros

They pay out up to 4500.00 a month in bonuses which is great. If you can handle the work it's definitely worth the pay.

Cons

There are lots of benefits but the medical is awful. We constantly have policies changing and it's stressful to talk to people that are screaming and crying at you all day. Were now on our fourth week of mandatory overtime as well.

Pros

40 hours/week then you're done. You don't have to take your work home with you. Pretty good benefits.

Cons

Management takes the wrong approach to sales; treating staff like they're robots and customers like they're numbers. As a result, a stressful, not fun environment where the customers feel like they're being sold instead of like they're buying something of value.
