Pros

Great pay and benefits. Pretty hard to match.

Cons

Manager and market director make all the difference. Some push unethical sales practices just so their numbers can look good. For example, a manager tried to sell one my clients a credit card and the client shared with me a few months later that he was annoyed the way the manager tried to sell him that product.
