Pros

Overall good work/life balance. Your experience will be dependent on your team's leadership so make sure to try & find the hiring manager through an internal referral. Additionally, ensure the team has a dedicated dev team and intentional roadmap.

Cons

Lots of red tap & dependencies on other teams to get done. Chase is not thinking through how to make process easier for Product. Sometimes Product will end up being more of a project manager due to this.
