Pros

Good place for a first job, bad for a career.

Cons

1. Horrendously bad management with some having ego complex & others following the safe approach to management, I had an interesting manager who was very self conscious, quite vindictive with no backbone to properly take decisions in the team. Unfortunately, this is the case in most teams. 2. No career progression. 3. Managers tend to reward who they like.
