      Pros

      If you are a junior you will get to learn a lot from training and leaders/managers. A very stable company and successful. Management is committed, dedicated and intelligent. The area of network security is both interesting and with buzz.

      Cons

      The organization is sometimes too centralized. Moreover, some changes are required in the structure.

      Pros

      The entire company is driven to its success (i.e. close to 0 politics, etc.). Company is still managed by its founder so it's highly focused and didn't lost its original vision. Products are customer oriented with good chances to actually succeed. The company is an amazing management school, for how to run an efficient company.

      Cons

      This focus may come at the price of not researching enough. Upper management focus can sometimes undermine mid management.
