      Pros

      international company with opportunities to grow, good people and a focus on building the business. there is a great deal of technical knowledge in the company and everyone is willing to share that knowledge

      Cons

      the management can sometimes be more focused on new revenue than retaining existing customer base. revenue often trumps human resources concerns.

      Flexible hours, ability to balance time between work and family duties. Company is very understanding of personal/family needs.

      Cons

      Salary quite low compared to the industry average. Raises rarely given, to the point where the only way to get a raise is to find a job at a competitor, then maybe when you announce that you are leaving you might get the salary you deserve.
